We strongly recommend this as it helps children feel comfortable in a new environment - as well as proving parents a great opportunity to connect with their child in a learned experience together. We have set classes that are designed specifically for adults + kids combined. We also provide 1 week free trial for anyone interested in giving it a go prior to signing up.

Our studio is located near Indooroopilly train station on Lambert Road, Indooroopilly. We have parking out the front of the studio as well as ample street parking around the building.

No, you don't require prior martial arts experience as we have suitable classes designed around your level of experience.

Provided you are able to do ground work and are comfortable being placed in holds without it impacting your safety then you are young enough to do martial arts. If you are unsure then please reach out to us to discuss your concerns.
